Excellent service! The dentist is very thorough, friendly, approachable, listens and answers all questions. Never felt rushed. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, clean office and bathrooms. I would recommend anyone wanting to try modern dentistry with good old fashioned customer service, bedside manner, and treatment all around experience.

My experience at South Bay Dental Surgery Center was such a good one. First of all the staff are amazing. The receptionist is kind, smart and explains everything so well. All his staff are amazing! Very professional. Dr. Kim is so nice, but most of all a great doctor. He was able to fix a molar no other doctor could. I highly recommend South Bay Dental Surgery Center.

I felt compelled to write this review because I'm so grateful I found South Bay Dental Surgery Center and want to help others experience how amazing it is. From the moment I entered the office, I could sense that this place was different. Melanie, the receptionist, greeted me warmly. She has been consistently helpful and kind to me. The environment was clean and peaceful; I was impressed by how amicable the staff was. Dr. Kim was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was attentive to my needs throughout the procedure. He did an impeccable job of retreating my intricate root canal, for which I had been referred by an Endodontist whose prior attempt had been unsuccessful. I highly recommend this business!

Can't recommend enough. I came in with a really painful cavity and they did such a great job with me. All the staff are super kind. My situation was extra bad having an s shaped root and Dr. Kim and staff were super helpful and super knowledgeable. I'd definitely come back again if needed, hoping that's not the case. I am going to be better about avoiding sugar and making sure to floss. But if I did need a specialist for my teeth or if someone I knew needed one, I cannot recommend South Bay Dental Surgery Center enough. Very thankful to have this bad cavity fixed.

Very pleasant experience overall. I had my first and second root canal done here and it went smooth. Everyone here is super nice and professional. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating the whole way through. The doctor and hygienists were also very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. Very glad my dentist recommended this place for me.
